Dear Sir or Madam,

RE: Campsite Enquiry

I have been looking with interest at your advertisement in The Holidaymaker section of "The Daily News" and I am particularly interested in your Sundancer campsite in northern New South Wales.

I would like to know whether there are any vacancies at the Sundancer campsite at the start of August for one week, arriving Tuesday 1st and departing Monday 7th August. Also, would you please let me know how much it will cost for my friend and me to stay for the week and whether you charge any extra for the campsites which are located closer to the beach? We will be camping in a tent, and do not require a site with power. In addition, I would also be grateful if you could send me information about the facilities you offer at the campsite, and whether there is any extra cost for using any of these facilities.

I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible, as my friend and I would like to begin planning our holiday.

Yours sincerely,

Mary Jane Smythe
