PUBLIC NOTICE

We regret that certain individuals continue to flout community standards and Internet etiquette - and international law - by promoting theft of our company's and other company's published materials.

These materials are intended to help students score well in a challenging test.

Use of plagiarized and copied materials is not only unethical, it hurts students chances of succeeding. It is the author's responsibility and right to update materials and to have the opportunity to control this right. It is called copyright. Abuse of copyright seriously affects a publisher's ability to keep prices low and continue to provide you with the materials you need to succeed.

If you do not get the score you require in IELTS, remember that pirated materials are in large part responsible, since they:

1) discourage authors and teachers from producing new materials
2) prevent authors from being able to update and control updates to their materials
3) contribute to maintaining existing standards rather than to increasing them
4) keep book prices high
5) cost jobs - real jobs of real people

It is regrettable and shameful that despite repeated requests to desist, the following individuals continue to assist in the theft of educational materials worldwide:

Dr. Vivek Mutha - unethical doctor from Jodhpur, India - moderator of Aippg forum, India - well-known for pirated educational materials.

Adity Sharma - unethical medical student and repeated copyright abuser

Sandeep Sharma - repeated copyright abuser
